Cancellation Policy
RENTAL PERIOD The standard rental period is 4 days, starting from the day you receive the boots. Extensions can be requested but are subject to availability and additional charges. FEES Rental Fee: The full rental fee must be paid prior to dispatch. Damage Fee: If the boots are returned damaged, a repair fee will be charged based on the extent of the damage. If the boots are beyond repair, the full replacement cost will apply. Late Return Fee: A late return fee of $25 aud per day will be charged for each day beyond the agreed rental period. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $50 aud will be charged if the boots are returned excessively dirty or in an unhygienic condition requiring special cleaning. HYGIENE & CLEANING STANDARDS All boots are cleaned and sanitised before each rental to meet strict hygiene standards. Customers are required to keep the boots clean and dry during use. Boots must not be exposed to mud, water, or substances that compromise hygiene or function. If boots are returned with excessive dirt, odour, or contamination, a cleaning fee will apply in addition to any damage charges. PERSONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED Full Name Proof of ID Address Mobile Number License Photos: Clear photos of the front and back of your driver’s license (or another government-issued ID). CARE AND USE The boots must be used as intended and in accordance with the provided instructions. You are responsible for proper care and handling of the boots throughout the rental period. RETURN POLICY Boots must be returned by the end of the rental period. They should be returned in the same condition as received, with only normal wear and tear acceptable. LIABILITY Indi Active is not responsible for any injuries or adverse effects caused by use of the boots. You agree to use the boots at your own risk. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the rental period will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the boots have been dispatched. By renting Benefit Recovery Boots, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Non-compliance may result in additional charges or penalties.
